Angela Athas

Angela is a highly regarded HR thought leader and strategic recruitment executive supporting small to large businesses throughout the U.S. and Canada. Her experience extends internationally, from launching a multi-lingual call center in Europe, to identifying and recruiting talent in Southeast Asia. Angela has successfully led numerous recruitment initiatives in Southeastern Wisconsin and knows the talent market extremely well. Having started her career in the staffing industry, Angela takes great pride in identifying top talent for her clients and providing an award-winning candidate experience. She has successfully restructured and rebranded staffing for firms across the industry and developed community-based partnerships for her clients to thrive in a challenging market.
Angela is especially dedicated to supporting veterans and individuals with disabilities and has launched several award-winning programs that have been replicated across the U.S. She has received numerous industry accolades including Manpower’s Power Award and Circle of Stars Award and was nominated as a Top 40 under 40 recipient by the Milwaukee Business Journal. She's been featured as a guest speaker at the Wisconsin Economic Summit and the HR Leadership Council and has frequently appeared as a speaker at various conferences.
Angela was born and raised in Wisconsin and her and her husband have lived in New Berlin for the last 11 years. She serves on several community-based organizations and boards when she’s not busy chasing their six boys! She’s a hard-working mom who has been told more than once that she should write a book on multi-tasking, the challenges of a working mother, and her own “rule of five” principles. Curious? Randy Lueder

Randy began his professional career in information technology and has worked in nearly every aspect of corporate IT. As a key executive with over twenty years of experience, Randy has led a department of over 500 employees and contractors, spear-headed strategic planning initiatives, continuous process improvement, excellence in customer service, employee development, and financial management oversight.
Since 2005, Randy has led and guided businesses providing recruiting and outplacement services to customers within Southeastern Wisconsin as well as firms across the country. Randy’s passion for recruiting enables him to leverage his vast experience and business acumen to 1) find the right candidate for his clients, and 2) identify the right career opportunity for his candidates. He thrives on respectfully assisting each client and every candidate and building lasting relationships.
Randy embarked on launching Respectful Recruiting with this simple goal mind: to develop a recruiting services firm that serves as an extension of your business and understands your company culture to find just the right candidate(s). “Identifying and hiring the right candidate is an investment, it’s not just about having a process; it’s about understanding exactly what a client is looking for and being determined and fiercely competitive, while doing so respectfully, efficiently, and in a cost-effective manner.”
Randy was born and raised in Wisconsin and for the past 35 years he and his wife have lived in Brookfield. They have three adult children and seven amazing grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and networking with others who share his many passions.
